What is your returns and exchange policy?

We’re a pretty helpful bunch at Livvy + Harry, but please read our returns and exchange policy carefully so we can assist with your enquiry. If you do need to request a return or exchange, please contact us at
There’s a lot to think about as a new mum, so we understand if you change your mind about your Livvy + Harry Bag.
You can return any Livvy + Harry product due to change of mind within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, including the dust bag.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase due to change of mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work our magic.
Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to Livvy + Harry at the buyer’s own cost, unless there is a fault in the bag (details below on faults). Refunds will only be credited back to the original method of payment.
Please Note: we are unable to refund or exchange any items that are faulty due to misuse or not related to the manufacture of the item. Livvy + Harry also do not refund the shipping cost of the item.

What is vegan leather?  

Our vegan leather is made of polyurethane (PU), which is a traditional variation of leather. PU is known for being a resilient, flexible and durable fabric. After months of research during our design stage the Livvy + Harry team was able to choose a manmade leather that ticked all of our boxes – realistic to look at and touch whilst being incredibly tough and hardwearing.

How do I care for my bag?

Your Livvy + Harry bag is designed to be durable and bounce back from those unavoidable everyday accidents. For spills and marks, simply wipe the surface of your bag with a damp cloth. For all genuine leather products, we recommend you care for it with a good quality leather conditioner and water proofer prior to use, and reapply every 6 months. 
Do not wash, iron or dry clean.

We will do everything we can to assist if your parcel is delayed, but unless Express Shipping is selected by you at checkout, there is no guarantee Australia Post will be able to track your parcel.
International Taxes
As the Livvy + Harry website is based in Queensland, Australia, we charge you for your order in Australian dollars (AUD). The actual price charged to customers outside Australia will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your bank. Please Note: orders shipped to countries outside Australia may incur GST or customs and duties charges by your national Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination. This amount will need to be paid by the customer directly to your local Customs Service. Livvy + Harry does not collect international purchase charges on behalf of customers so will not reimburse any GST, charges or duties.

How does my Livvy + Harry nappy bag clip onto my pram?

Some of our Livvy + Harry Bags are able to be attached to your pram, for example the Keep It Organized Duffle Nappy Bag has internal pram straps, the inner strap of the bag attaches to a clip that is located on inside the second side pocket on the outside (this is the pocket closet to the top of the bag). This clip helps to loop around a pram and can be detached when needed. Livvy + Harry’s Travel Tote Nappy Bag and The Carry-All Nappy Bag include detachable pram straps that clip onto the D-ring which are on each side of the bag.

How can I pay for my Livvy + Harry order?

How long will shipping take?

Orders with standard shipping are dispatched in 1-3 business days and sent via Australia Post. Express Shipping orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched on the same business day, while orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
International orders are sent via registered airmail, with estimated delivery date between 7 and 15 business days to reach their destination.
