PRE-ORDERS

At the beginning of each season or when our staple bags sell out, Livvy + Harry will make select styles available for pre-order.

Pre-ordering and paying for your Livvy + Harry bag when it is listed on our website as ‘pre-order’ ensures you have reserved a bag, and it will be posted to you as soon as it’s ready for shipment.

Delivery dates for your pre-ordered Livvy + Harry bag cannot be confirmed until we receive the item in our Queensland warehouse and it is shipped to you. The Livvy + Harry team will do our best to keep you updated on the estimated arrival date of your pre-order.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Your Livvy + Harry bag is designed to be durable and bounce back from those unavoidable everyday accidents. For spills and marks, simply wipe the surface of your bag with a damp cloth.

For all genuine leather products, we recommend you care for it with a good quality leather conditioner and water proofer prior to use, and reapply every 6 months. 

Do not wash, iron or dry clean.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We’re a pretty helpful bunch at Livvy + Harry, but please read our returns and exchange policy carefully so we can assist with your enquiry. If you do need to request a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@livvyandharry.com

CHANGE OF MIND

There’s a lot to think about as a new mum, so we understand if you change your mind about your Livvy + Harry Bag.

You can return any Livvy + Harry product due to change of mind within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, including the dust bag.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase due to change of mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work our magic.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to Livvy + Harry at the buyer’s own cost, unless there is a fault in the bag (details below on faults). Refunds will only be credited back to the original method of payment.

Please Note: we are unable to refund or exchange any items that are faulty due to misuse or not related to the manufacture of the item. Livvy + Harry also do not refund the shipping cost of the item. 

FAULTS

At Livvy + Harry, we pride ourselves on designing and producing high quality, beautiful products so if there’s a fault with your bag, we want to hear about it!

We check each and every bag prior to shipping, but in the event that your Livvy + Harry bag has a problem or fault, please contact us so we can talk you through our returns process and get things sorted, quickly.

If the item has a major fault, such as issues with the structure of the bag, we will offer a replacement or refund and will arrange for the items to be returned to us for assessment.

Once the Livvy + Harry team receive your return, we will complete an assessment and notify you via email of the outcome. If the item is deemed to be faulty, you can choose from the following options:

  • A refund for the total amount you paid for the item
  • Replace your faulty item with a brand new one, if available
  • Replace your faulty item with another Livvy + Harry style of the same value. 

Livvy + Harry will cover all reasonable shipping costs if the item is deemed to be faulty and will notify you of the most appropriate method of returning the goods. A tracking number must be provided via email to Livvy + Harry for all returns.

We will not cover the cost of shipping or provide a refund for items, which are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse.
